TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you automatically agree to the following terms of service. Please, take some time to read them and ask me any questions you might have.I won't draw:

Exceptions may apply. If you're not sure if your idea falls into these categories, don't hesitate to ask beforehand! I reserve the right to reject any inquiry, even if it doesn't fall into the categories mentioned above.About the use of my commissions:- My commissions are only for personal, non-commercial use. If you plan on making some kind of profit off them, please contact me beforehand. For example, using them as your Twitch or Youtube avatar is regarded as such, unless your account is personal and non-profit.- Apart from the mentioned above, you can use your commissioned works freely such as setting them as your SNS avatar, banner, phone background, etc. Although I would really appreciate if you credited me somewhere :) You might as well print them if you wish.About the payment:- Upfront payment. At least 50% of the amount must be paid before I start sketching, and the rest should be paid once the client is satisfied with the final sketch, before moving onto the next steps.- Payment via Paypal, Bizum or bank account transfer in EUR (€).- For payments via Paypal, the customer must agree to marking the transaction as "For friends and family".- No refunds allowed at any stage, except if I have to cancel the commission for personal reasons, which has never happened before.About the process:- No major changes will be applied after I start drawing the lineart and coloring. That is, major changes will only be accepted during the sketching stage. These include changes in the pose, perspective, number of characters, etc. I will accept a maximum of 3 major changes if they imply redoing some parts of the sketch. Changes in the color palette and small details are okay even during the final stages.- If you want to make any changes that would imply a change in the price of the commission, such as adding characters or changing techniques, you will have to pay the remaining amount in a second payment. In case you want to change something that would make the commission cheaper, I advise you to choose the payment in two steps. That way, the second payment would become cheaper if you make such changes.- Please, keep in mind that finishing your commission might take me a month or more to finish (waitlist time not included), depending on the complexity of it.- If you have a deadline in mind, do tell me beforehand. Otherwise, I might not be able to fulfill it.- If you're in the waitlist, you don't need to pay until I get to your inquiry.Feel free to ask any questions you might come up with <3

En el momento del pago, el cliente acepta automáticamente los siguientes términos y condiciones. Por favor, léelos detenidamente y no dudes en preguntarme cualquier duda.No dibujo:

Puede haber excepciones, si no estás segure de si tu idea entra en una de las categorías mencionadas arriba, no dudes en consultarme sin compromiso. Me reservo el derecho a rechazar cualquier petición que no encaje con mi estilo de trabajo, aunque se encuentre fuera de dichas categorías.Sobre el uso de mi trabajo:- Mis ilustraciones son exclusivamente para uso personal, no comercial. Si pretendes darle cualquier uso lucrativo, consúltalo conmigo de antemano. Por ejemplo, usarlas como icono de Twitch o Youtube se consideraría lucrativo, exceptuando las cuentas de uso estrictamente personal.- Eres libre de usar tu encargo como foto de perfil en redes sociales, encabezado, fondo de pantalla, etc. A ser posible, me haría muy feliz que me dieses algún crédito, pero no es necesario :) Puedes también imprimirlo, si quieres.Sobre el pago:- Pago por adelantado. Al menos el 50% del coste debe ser pagado antes de que empiece a dibujar el boceto, y el resto se pagará una vez estés satisfeche con el boceto final, antes de pasar al delineado y coloreado.- Pago a través de Paypal, Bizum o transferencia bancaria en euros (€).- En pagos a través de Paypal, el cliente debe estar de acuerdo con seleccionar la opción "Para familia y amigos".- No se admiten devoluciones de dinero en ningún momento del proceso, excepto si me veo obligada a cancelar el encargo por motivos de urgencia, lo cual nunca ha pasado.Sobre el proceso:- No se admitirán grandes cambios en la pose, composición, perspectiva, etc. una vez el delineado y coloreado hayan sido empezados. Todos los cambios significativos deben ser mencionados antes de confirmar el boceto final, y aceptaré un máximo de 3 cambios que impliquen borrar y rehacer partes previamente dibujadas. Una vez finalizado el boceto, puedo aceptar cambios menores como pueden ser la paleta de color y pequeños detalles.- Si quieres hacer cambios que implicarían un cambio en el precio del encargo, deberás aportar el importe restante en un segundo pago. En el caso de que se abarate el encargo, recomiendo elegir el pago en dos plazos desde el principio. De esta forma, la diferencia sería sustraída del segundo pago.- Ten en cuenta que terminar tu encargo puede tomarme un mes o más dependiendo de la complejidad del mismo, sin incluir la lista de espera.- Si tienes una fecha límite en mente, asegúrate de mencionármela con antelación. Si lo haces más tarde, es posible que no pueda ajustarme a ella.- No es necesario realizar el pago en la lista de espera, se podrá realizar una vez llegue a tu encargo.No dudes en preguntarme cualquier duda que te pueda surgir <3
